Youth Gospel Olympics 2019 Logo Meaning

Youth: Represent vigor of Inpui youth as a messenger of the gospel.
Lamp: Represent the gospel lighting the path.
Green Flame: Represent growth, the newness of life and care for the natural environment.
Red Flame: Represent the blood of Christ and passion and determination of Inpui Youth.
Blue Flame: Represent freedom and faith of Inpui Youth.
Headgear: Represent nobility and royal status in Christ*.
Cultural Attire: Represent our attachment to culture.
Cross: Represent rescue and salvation.

*The headgear was not included in the final official logo.

The logo and its meaning were designed and drafted by Isaac Inkah. 

Goals/Purposes of Youth Gospel Olympics

• To give a platform for youth to unearth God’s given hidden talents and glorify God.

• To encourage one another through our talents.
• To make known to the youth that their talents are a gift from God and they must acknowledge God in everything.
• To raise a healthy generation ready to serve God and society.
• To challenge them to venture outside the community and compete with the outside world.

• To socialize, know one another and build our society together.

• To bring unity to our community through sports.

• To guide the youth in the right direction.

• To educate sports enthusiasts to live a holistic life: spiritually and physically.

• To let youth know that sports can be a career opportunity. 

• To learn our weakness and strength together and humble before God and seek His blessings.

• Finally, to commit and submit the lives and talents of our youth to the Lord. And in the process bring tremendous changes to our society; socially, economically, morally, physically and spiritually. 

 The goals/purposes of the Youth Gospel Olympics was drafted by Namsanang Riamroi, Youth Secretary, Inpui Naga Baptist Churches Association (INBCA) and the Convenor of the YOuth Gospel Olympics.
